About

Zaid Group is comprised of two companies:

• Abraj Al Enma’a for General Trading and Contracting Ltd., established in 2012 in Baghdad by the consultant engineer Zaid Mohammed Faeq. Following his passing, the company has been led by engineer Osamah Zaid Mohammed Faeq, who serves as Managing Director and Chairman of the Group.
• Bardashin for General Trading and HVAC Contracting Co., founded in 2009 in Sulaimaniyah – Kurdistan Region by the consultant engineer Zaid Mohammed Faeq. Today, it is managed by engineer Harith Zaid Mohammed Faeq as Managing Director.

Together, the companies specialize in HVAC supply, design, installation, testing, and commissioning. With a team of highly skilled engineers and technical staff, Zaid Group has successfully executed numerous HVAC projects across Iraq, delivering reliable solutions for both governmental and private sector clients.

• Hospitals:
  • Design and install 8 fresh air units for Burn unit for Rizgary hospital in Kerkuk.
  • Design supply and install two 100 % fresh air units for operation theater for Mahawell hospital.
  • Design and install two 100% fresh air units for Emergency sector of sulymania hospital.
• Studios:
  • Design supply and install NRT studio.
  • Design supply and install IMN studio in Karblaa.
  • Supply and install 4 AHUs for imn studios in baghdad.
• Cold Stores:
  • We are the consultant for ASIA cold stores project in Baghdad, using a central NH3 refrigeration system with 3800 kW capacity for 60 cold stores, and three Bitzer racks with a total capacity of 1200 kW at -30/40 for 24 chiller rooms.
